port 123 problem

Hi,

I have been using the attached VI to collect time from the Cambridge SNTP server at least since January 2025 but at the end of May it stopped working without provocation (I have posted 2014 version and 2021). The SNTP provider is not posting any problems and I have previously been assured my usage rate is not a problem with them. There was no windows10 update associated with the fault, I have restarted both the  PCs I have tested it on (and Labview) and the router. I have tried it on another time server address but that doesnt work either. My internet is working normally and as port123 is part ot the internet I speculate it is not a problem with my provider.

Could someone try the VI to rule out that being the cause.

Can anyone suggest my next step to troubelshoot?
