Is there a way to port LabView programs to iPad/iPhone? My programs do not do any I/O, i.e. no interface or extra hardware involved.

There is currently no porting capability since there is no LabVIEW development environment that can run on iOS. I have heard of people running the LabVIEW Runtime on a Windows-based tablet. There is also an example on how to control a LabVIEW app running on another computer from an iPad: https://forums.ni.com/t5/Example-Code/Control-LabVIEW-from-the-iPhone-iPad-or-iPod-Touch/ta-p/351459.... Other examples use web services to interface between tablets and computers actually running LabVIEW. There is also a community group centered around tablets: https://forums.ni.com/t5/Smartphones-Tablets-and-Mobile/ct-p/7016.
Forgot to mention, there's also LabVIEW Mobile, but that does not run on iOS.
