I'm am having a problem printing to a HP P1006 Laserjet printer on a USB port on my computer. I'm using Labview 8.2 professional. The HP driver is HP1006k.dll. I'm using the "Easy Text Report.vi". This printer is set as my default printer. I can print from notepad and other Windows apps. The problem I'm having is when I power down the printer and turn it back on, I cannot print from Labview applications. The only way I can print is by printing a test page in "printer properties" or to print from word or notepad. Same thing occurs on other hp printers but not Brother printers. Any ideas would be helpful.

It's very odd. It seems to be an issue with two specific HP printers.
