First of all make sure that you have the latest versions of all drivers needed to use the card.

All these drivers can be downloaded from our web page.
After having all latest versions of the drivers I suggest you to:
1 - Remove the card from the computer
2 - Reboot the computer and turn it off
3 - Reinstall the card in the slot
After that check if the card can be detected in MAX and in Device manager. In the Device Manager it should be listed as a Data Acquisition Device. If it is listed under data Acquisition Devices but no in MAX probably you will have to clean the registry removing all entries for the Card and re-install the card as described i
n 1,2,and 3.
