problem in reading the file

And as I indicated a "spreadsheet" file in LabVIEW is not the same as an Excel file. It's not your fault - NI made the stupid mistake of naming those functions using the word "spreadsheet" and it has been causing confusion for the past 20 years, especially with folks just starting out with LabVIEW. There was an idea in the LabVIEW Idea Exchange to rename those VIs, but given NI's extreme reluctance in renaming VIs/functions (even though it's the right thing to do) this will probably never happen, and the regulars here will forever be required to deal with this issue.
