problem of build installer

I have got LabVIEW 10 and I need create build installer. But I don't build installer and have error 12 occured at CDK_CreateNewWizard_Invoke.vi.ProxyCaller.....

Are you not able to build any installer (even one for a simple project with 1 VI or a shipped example) ordo you find this issue only with 1 particular project ???

Error code 12 might be something that needs to be looked at.
