problem when coding labview for arduino

hi, i am jenni, i am an engineering student and now start to learn labview.

i wanna program my arduino using labview. i have installed ni visa, linx, and vism. and i have tried the example of linx that is led blink and it's work. but when i try to code in block diagram, i drop init, when i want to create the control/constant/indicator not detected, so i cant click it.

maybe someone can help me with this

i am using labview 2012 and intalled ni visa 15.5

Where did you right-click? To create controls/indicators/constants you need to right-click directly over the corresponding I/O of a VI/function…

 

(As this is basic LabVIEW knowledge I recommend to take note of that "Training resources" section in the header of the LabVIEW board!)
