hello everyone, i have a serious problem i installed labview 10 yesterday on 2 laptops, one of them works perfectly, however, the second one gave me an two erros

2. http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/F24AA9FB6A3A0E9D86257539006141BE
i did try the solutions above in the link, but it were all futile. can anyone please suggest me what would be the problem? i had LV8.0 previously on the laptop that is causing the problem. i tried to re-instal the driver disc given
to me by NI, but no luck.
when i started the laptop for the 1st time, there was an error in DOS-Prompt saying, DATABASE ERROR and i cancelled the error!!
Also, Labview works fine, its only MAX that is having problems. is there a way i can uninstall only MAX and reinstall it/? please help me..
thanks
