Hello Lee,
Go ahead and see if you still have the NI Installer manager on your
computer. Go to Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs -> NI
Software. Select the "Change" button and navigate to LabVIEW
(if it appears). Remove any LabVIEW installs this way. If you do
not have the item titled "NI Software" in your add/remove software
group, or if LabVIEW does not appear, please generate a support request by visiting
www.ni.com/support and get in contact with a NI Applications Engineer directly.
We have some utilities at our disposal that may help.
