hi there. i have a question and i am wondering if someone can point me to the right direction.
i have 4 test systems. 3 of which is working correctly and 1 does not.
alll of them have similar configuration as in drivers (3 computers are the same model, so i made backup of 1 and duplicate the image for the other 2), except for 1 system.
the system that doesnt work correctly would be the one that is different from the other 3. i dont really know why, but after running the program, mintues/hours/days the system would be stuck at the serial VI
i have an image of the part where it is stuck.
i also attached the SERIAL_OLD.zip which is the drivers for the serial port configuration of these system.NOTICED that it is the older driver and not the latest.
for some reason the latest does not work. i really don't know why, but the last programmer used the old driver.
can someone help me with this issue.
i am thinking to update the driver and work from there, but i dont want the system not to work at all.
it is currently working, but it gets stuck at the serial VIs and it doesnt get out of the vis.

Hi,
Your drivers may have been developed using an older version of LabView and there might be functions inside those that might not match functions in current versions. This can prevent you from using the VIs.
