problem writing trace to database

I am interested in reading a spreadsheet to my citadel database, but I get an error whenever I run it.  I have enclosed the VI and the spreadsheet I am trying to read from.

I do not have your system set up here, so I am not able to run your VI. What is the code and text of the error are you getting when you run this?
