problems with windows 7

When i tried to install labview on my laptop with OS windows 7,its not asking for device drivers.And when i tried to install device drivers,its telling not able to install on 64 bit operating system.

How do i find a work around for this...

Witch DeviceDriver CD are you trying to install?? It is just the latest ine that works with Windows 7. You can download that one here:  http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1451/lang/en

We are using labview 8.0.Is it not compatible?

No, it's not compatible.

Only LabVIEW 2009 is compatible with Windows 7, and if you use 64 bit system, you should use LabVIEW 2009 64 bit also.

If you don't wish to upgrade, move back to Windows XP is your option.

Also i guess you can give a try by using 8 in xp compatibility mode.
