programming transfer function model into labview

Hello,

I am struggling to implement the attached model into the labview environment, my system is using inputs to my cRIO to determine certain outputs that will be determined based on the turbine model. I am assuming this should be done using the control and simulation pallete but I am wondering if anyone has potentially developed a similar .vi using a complex state space model as attached. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
