prototype.cpp Error 0x725FA91B in LV2012 x86 Runtime

On starting a VI I receive this error. The only mention I can find of this error is from a Japanese post in 2010. Which the solution was upgrading to a different version of NI Labview. Has anyone encountered this class of errors before?
