proxy issues

I am having some problem with the web publishing tool in a proxy network.

I have kept a VI online using the web publishing tool, when in an open network it works perfectly fine. By working fine I mean when i try to open up the front panel from the link obtained from the tool from a different computer and a different open network it works fine.

But when i keep it in a proxy enabled network (The internet connection is proxy enabled), and try to open the VI from other network, the front panel is not downloaded, it just displays a message downloading panel 0 of 0% and after some time it says server does not support remote panels.

This message is displayed only when either on of the network is proxy enabled.

Can you provide more details on what you mean by "proxy enabled". What is proxying? How is the proxy configured?

Could it be a firewall issue? The port used might be blocked.

Apologies for the late reply.

No it ain't blocked by firewall. Cause if it would have been blocked it shouldn't also be accessed through other networks.
