publishing a VI to any webspace

I have some questions, and I would really appreciate some help, on any of the questions:

1) can I publish a VI to any webspace other than http://MyipAddress/viName.htm. Rather, I would like to publish it to  www.SomeWebsiteAddress.com/mySpace/Labview/viname.htm  ?

what do I have to include in the directory " www.SomeWebsiteAddress.com/mySpace/Labview/ " for it to work ?

2) I need to setup some sort of user login, with time schedular ( imagine 10 people are allowed to access if they are registered, but only one person will view and have control at a scheduled time). where do I start here ?

3) when user is done with the VI, I would like the user to be able to download a result file (preferably: Experiment_Results.zip). is this also possible ?
