hi guys, I am doing a project which requires me to control the speed of a dc motor. I came to know that we can use Pulse Width Modulation for that. But in our college there is Usb 6009 for that.
Actually what daq do we require to get best results??
As i am doing mechanical engg i do not know how to do pulse width modulation let alone in LABVIEW 😞
Are there any example programs which i can check out ??
Thanks in advance -Kabilan

Kabilan,
The USB-6009 is not suitable for motor control via PWM because the digital output are software timed and too slow for effective PWM.

yes, i came to know about this through the forums. what daq do we require to get the best results ??
And are there any already built in examples in order to get an idea how it works ??
