queries related to daq

I am using TGS825 sensor with DAQ USB-6210 and as i connect this sensor circuit to the  daq hardware the vc pin is showing only 1.6 v  instead of 5v and when i check the voltage on vc pin of daq without circuit it is showing 5v and  i m not able to analyze the problem with this unaccepted drop .i am using Rl of 1k

Change of the 5V pin to 1.6V means you are overloading it.

Is it this sensor?

Are you using external power supply for heater, or 5V from USB-6210? If you are using external PS and it 5V from usb-6210 is still dropping, something is wrong with connection or sensor. Check resistance with multimeter.

I am providing 5v to heater  from usb6210 ,and as u said i checked the circuit and sensor it is ok  .FOR TGS 825 I AM PROVIDING 5V FOR VC AS WELL AS FOR VH.Also when i am connecting this circuit to the arduino   5v     it is not introducing any problem like in case of daq .

5V from board is limited at 50 mA, it is too low to power the heater. It is not directly from USB as on Arduino, but limited on the board.

so it means we have to provide heater voltage externally or is there any method by which we can provide 5v to heater pin through daq.
