"Boolean Change State.vi" Subvi is missing after updating Labview 2009 to the latest version with the NI updater

After applying the latest updates through the ni update tool (9.0 to 9.0f3) it now gives an error "SubVi 'Boolean Change State.vi: Subvi is missing" when I try and oben my vi.

I was told this subvi is contained within on of the many compressed library files within the labview installation, and dont trust just downloading any random sub vi file from the internet, does anyone know why the update broke this part of labview and what files to move to correct this?

I've never heard of that VI. Who told you that it's contained within the LabVIEW installation, and did they indicate which "compressed" library?

Try uncompressing the library zip file in the same place.
