"Cluster Mismatch" broken wire when copying files

Hi,

I have run into the broken-wire error "You have connected two clusters that mismatch."  This is a control that is leading into a sub-vi.  The kicker is that both the upper-level vi and the sub-vi are referencing the same type definition for this cluster.  Also, when I right-click on the sub-vi's terminal and select "create constant," that constant also is mismatched with the sub-vi cluster.

This problem developed when I copied all of the files (project, vi, all its sub-vis, type definitions) into a new folder.  I use LabVIEW 8.2 under Windows XP.

Any insight into this strange behavior would be much appreciated!  thanks!

It's kind of hard to say right off hand, the only thing that comes to mind is if the instance of the cluster on the subVI somehow got auto-update from the typedef turned off... Can you post a VI demonstrating the problem?
