The wireless (Samantha) is working and will connect to the router we setup as will the PC. The kids and I have been able to get the remote controls connected to the laptop and associated to the game control system as well as to get a .rcc controller file built and tested to perform the actions we want the controller to do in teleops mode. The issue is that all the support forums say that in Labview, in the controller setup screen you can click "Generate Code" to create a file that will work on the NXT. That "button" doesn't exist anywhere in our program and as such we cannot generate a file that the NXT will accept and run. We can load the .rcc file to the NXT and see it is there in the NXT viewer, but it doesn't appear in the NXT menu screen to try to run it, likely because the NXT doesn't recognize the file type. In either case, that's where we sit unable to get the file to operate on the NXT.

Hi Control Freaks!
For using LabVIEW on an NXT module, you need to have the NXT module installed. You can find it here. Also, I would recomend that you take a look to the Getting Started Guide and Learn how to create NXT blocks with NI LabVIEW section.
I hope this helps! If there is anything else I can clarify please let me know.
