"I need to use a driver witch is in fp format under labview. my trouble is to convert this .fp into a DLL because i don't have Labwindows and the demo doesn't work for my application.
I'd wish to know if it's possible , someone creates this DLL for me.

LabVIEW does not create the dll. It just uses the fp file to create a set of wrapper VIs to be used in LabVIEW. Your zip does not include the dll and I could not find it in the NI web site. I built the VIs but they won't work because the dll is not there. You will probably need to contact Thurlby Thandar for a dll for their 1906 Multimeter.
