Same problem at 2025/1/20.

But it seems you just need to click 'retry' several times and wait ,then problem will be solved.

Hey,

 

As I understood, this error is not due to an issue on our machine or our site -- exactly it's a problem with the NIPM backend on ni.com. Maybe It had another downtime overnight and it will be back up.. When it's in this degraded state, there unfortunately isn't much we can do. So it's just a downtime.

I'm having the problem right now:

If it is a problem on NI side, then it should not say "Check your Internet connection and retry".

If I know the server is down, I won't waste my time trying to fix my connection...

Hi,

 

currently there are messages about bigger Amazon AWS/CDN problems, so this might be related…

(No problem on your side, not on NI side, but in between. The error messages should be different, anyway.)
