"Undo Tile" does not restore the block diagram

I am using labview 8.5 and i noticed, im sure its the same in previous versions, that if you intentionally or accidentally tile your labview windows using Ctrl-T or Windows-Tile, if you go to the Edit Menu and click

on Undo Tile, this restores the Front Panel window to its original shape, but not the block diagram.

I would call this a BUG, and hopefully someone from NI reads this and adds it to the growing list of bug fixes for the next release.

I agree it looks like a bug.  Incidentally, it worked in 7.1, does not work in 8.0 or later.
