"X-Axis Scaling setting "by user in a chart

hi

i want to visualize multiple number of plots ín a chart. futhermore  for this graphical display there should be manually control for x and y axis. that means there should be numerical control field  where we can write 200 ms second and it should only display data for 200 ms sec. in this vi when i run, it display wierd number. i can not set the x axis for example 0-200ms.

You aren't setting the x axis range to anything. You need to write to the Xscale.Range.Maximum property. And, if you want the scale in seconds, you need to change the scale formatting and set the offset and multiplier properties. Look at the example called real-time chart.
