I get the following error when attempting to execute this VI. "N9010A Frequency" is set to 782. "N9010A Span" is set to 20.

I'm not familiar with that error.  But the information says that it is in the Reset VI.  But it could also be something in the Initialize VI.  Does the Initialize VI allow for skipping certain querries?
