Does anyone knows how to implement in LabView application the radar-styled
color intensity indicator?

I certainly do. I've attached a polar plotter I've used for years to measure R.F. phase and amplitude.

Assuming you have the LabVIEW examples loaded, it's in \examples\general\graphs\charts.llb. Just like the path that the loading message displays when it tries to load the VI.
