I would suggest looking into any documentation from the manufacturer of the devices about the driver and how to use it in LabVIEW. Because it is not National Instruments hardware, there may be different functionality.
As the community members have also mentioned, there are valuable recources for learning how to use National Instruments software and hardware that can be found online.
