rebooting after Windows upgrade

Our originial computer running windows 98 had motherboard problems so we had to load our labview and our vi to a new computer running Windows NT. After we got the system configured to run our vi we found that the system now reboots every 6 to 10 hours. So far we have not been able to link it to any specific action.  Any suggestions.

Your description is not sufficient to troubleshoot the problem. It could be many things, for example:
  1. overheating
  2. bad memory
  3. bad driver
  4. bad mother board
  5. bad power supply
  6. ...

Maybe the system runs slightly warmer because it is more active with the LabVIEW program running. If it runs NT, it must be quite an old system.

How is the memory use over time?
