record web cast for later viewing

I really like the webcast videos from NI but find them restricting because I cannot download them and view them when convienient.  Frequently I am traveling or have no internet access and would like to be able to view the webcasts. 

Is there a way I can download them, or record them so I can view them later?

Seems like a lot of the NI webcasts use Adobe Connect so maybe another question to ask would be How to save or capture an Adobe Connect Recording?

I use Video Download Helper plug-in for Firefox

Thanks for the tip about searching for How to save or capture an Adobe Connect Recording.   The search came up with this, and it creates a zip file of the video and downloads it to your download folder.
