recording counter output together with analog input

Hello all, I am using labview to continuously record 64 channels of EEG signals and write them to a streaming tdms file. At the same time, I use a digital counter output to trigger stimulation of the brain. I would like to record my counter outputs together with the continuous EEG trace, so I can later use them for analysis (averaging etc.), but I am unable to figure out how to do that. I have attached a screenshot of my recording VI so far. Any tips for a labview newbie would be most helpful.

I recomend as a very good starting point to open the example finder in LabVIEW activate the HW filter for serach results and have a look at the example there!
