A screen capture of the Error Message(s) would be very helpful. What version of LabVIEW were you installing (please specify both the Version number and "bittedness")? Was LabVIEW already installed on this PC? Do you have experience successfully installing (earlier) versions of LabVIEW? What were you trying to install (was this an "Install everything, including all the Drivers and Additional Items", or "Install a few things and do several passes")?
