remote Citadel Access: Only trace list possible

I can't read traces from a remote Citadel 5 Database. The only thing that works is to get a trace list of the database.
The Measurement and Automation Explorer can see the remote Database, but if I want to expand the database icon to see the trace list, I get a yellow/red question mark in it, but no trace list.
