remote panel licenses maxed out

The frequency of this issue occurring isn't consistent with any sort of pattern so its hard to tell what's causing it.  Quite often when trying to access a remote VI via IP address, I'll get the message saying remote panel lincenses exceeded.  I get what causes this message; however, after ensuring that all remote VIs are closed, AND the remote panel connection manager on the host server show there are no remote connections, I still get the same message when trying to reconnect.  The NI license Manager, however, does show that there are 5 lincenses issued out.  Is there something left running in the background, even though we've closed all remote VIs?  My only way to resolve the issue and close labview, and all running vis, and restart on the host server.  Anybody have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Hi rkotrol,

 

Have you checked you close all kind of references in your code so you make sure they don't still in memory after you run it?
