remote panel popup

Hello you all.
I have built an application, and a installer to be used in a non-labview environment. I will control it via web (remote panels). This is OK at the moment...
The problem is that there are situations on with a pop up is generated by the program (the pop up is another subVI front panel), and when I connect to the main VI via web I can't see this pop up window. It's necessary to let the main VI run to see this subVI front panel (pop up). How can I do this??
Thanks!!

HI,
i am using a main vi which has subvis in it .When i try to use it from a remote computer after web publishing it , it all works properly as long as the user's browser does not get stuck or the user abruptly closes the browser without pressing the close button that i have provided on my vi. In such a case , the control gets transferred back to the server but the vi is still running and the subvi dialog box is still open and needs to be stopped manually before it is operational again. I have searched on the forums for a solution but am unable to find one . i am using labview 7.1 full devolopment system as the server . I read on the knowledge base that " Manual closing of remote dialog box vis has been solved in labview 7.0 and above " but my problem persists . Please help me with this problem .

Thanks
