remove link to lvlib

Hi,

I need to modify a libview application, which contains a broken lvlib library. I would like to redirect the dependencies to individual VIs because I have all the files needed. I tried the solution in this thread:

But it didn't fix the problem since the lvlib has conflicts and locked.

When you say it's locked what do you mean?
