resize an image in the background of a graph

HI everyone,

I have succeded in putting an image in the background refering to this page:  http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/FF55BDA8C9F0C0ED862573450053A425

How can I adjust now the picture,  depending on the graph background. I mean if I resize the graph the picture will be resized at  the same time.. I don't want to obtain an image like the one attached.

Did you read the whole article in the link you posted.  There is a caveat.
