I can increase the size of the font on that indicator just fine using either the keyboard or the Numeric Text -> Font -> Size property.

Well  what the problem was ,no idea  but as a MAC user i almost never reboot my machine  ,now i know why i hate windows.

But i rebooted  windwos   and voila    it worked      ctrl =

shoot me i really have no idea what was causing this

Hah! That's friggin hilarious! Don't worry - I'm not laughing at you, just at the sheer insaneness that that's what fixed the problem. At times I really do believe that Windows will instantaneously blow up everywhere sometime in 2012 and civilization as we know it will end.
