right click properties slow

Hi all.

I have recently reinstalled Labview and ever since, whenever I right click a control and select "Properties", Labview takes ages to open the properties window.  Can anyone tell me what setting I can adjust to make this faster?

Hi Christie,

As far as I am aware there are no options available on LabVIEW which says "speed up process time". The only advice I could give you is to try and minimise the tasks running in the background of Windows (assuming you are running it on Windows) or perhaps upgrade the system?

Mass compile?
The properties window is normal G code and their might be an issue that the code is not recompiled (I think you have to recompile the whole LV dir for this)
