rotate a BMP without using a picture ring?

does anyone know how to rotate a BMP without having 360 of them in a picture ring?

You can use a picture control and rotate the bitmap before writing it to the picture control. I believe that the rotate function exists in IMAQ Vision, but you can write the routine yourself using simple linear algebra.
