Do you know your user logo doesn't show up?  It is just a box with a red X.

Don't post your image file on a 3rd party webserver that most people don't have access to or causes security problems for us.  Post your image file in this thread and have your user properties point to that web link.

We do not have any network sniffer VIs but there are plenty of free network sniffers.  Wireshark is a good example. 

I don't think that adding more indicators will help because you are losing communication when it goes out.  You could have a VI on your host computer that writes information to a file.  You can find when the communication stops by when it stops writing to the log file.
