Marlon,
I know the troubles of getting LabVIEW RT to work on a system. Are you putting LabVIEW on the primary, first, partition on the hard drive? LabVIEW must be on the first partition, that is if you want to boot from the hard drive. Windows is able to run off of other partitions other than the first one, as is obvious with your current set up. I had to rearrange my drive and now have a quad boot system with LabVIEW Real-Time and 3 other operating systems on one system using a bootloader. If you want more information on my process let me know.

Marlon,
With the setup that I have with the multiple operating systems on one system, only one is booted up at one time causing no complications. In fact, I did this setup awhile back and have been using the system for real-time since then with no hiccups, that is of course if LabVIEW isn't having a bad day. ZING! Anyway, I am attaching a file that I wrote to help other people install an RTOS if I am not in the office. I hope that it helps. If you have any problems let me know. I hope all goes smoothly.
