OK,  i had it fixed....by  swapping harddrive and Changing the PC.  it worked fine... 1, 2, 3...

Well, after i plugged in my 2 USB COM Ports, it went bad again.  i then  unplugged the ports and restarted the pc, but cannot get it back to normal.
