save intensity graph as bitmap with good resolution

 Hello,

 I am trying to save the image of an intensity graph as a bitmap or jpeg, but when I look at the saved file the quality is really bad (the data is not smooth). I have no problem like this looking directly at the graph on the front panel.

 I attach here an example. Do you know what causes this problem?

I assume you are using the "get image" method. What image depth are you specifying? Try e.g. 24.
