this morning I lost all my week end test data's. Do you know a procedure to secured my datas in case of an electricity crash ?

Attached my VI. I export my datas from the array when needed..

Log it to a file on your harddrive.  You should be doing that anyways.  I recommend you take a look at the Producer/Consumer and use the second loop for writing the data to a file.
