save xy data (1array of cluster of 2 double) into a spreadsheet TXT file

Hi, I have got this simplified program to save the data I am able to plot, into a spreadsheet TXT file. In the original program I get the data from an instrument, which gives me 6 data per time. how can I have the data, as shown in the graph?
