Hi Sam,
Update: I still stuck with the same problem. I have check drivers version compatibility at the link https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/09/software-support-for-compactrio--compac.... There is no issues on the version compatibility (it requires version 2015 and current) since I use LabVIEW 2019. I reinstall the NI CompactRIO drivers and try again. Even I reinstall all LabVIEW with the modules and try again. But, its still cannot work. I also try to connect the sbrio with other computer and I get the same problem. I really don't know what to do
Please help me
#I attach with the NI MAX shows all the modules and compactRIO driver.

Show ALL of the software branch of the tree in MAX. There is a lot of stuff below where your picture cuts off.

I was hoping I'd see something in your latest screenshot (thanks for including them) that would be something obviously missing or a wrong version, but nothing is jumping out at me.
I hope others following might have some ideas.

Hi, pattern!
Could you, please, check if the firewall is enabled on your Ethernet interface? Could you disable it for a test, and then try to discover sbRIO using MAX?

I have disable the firewall and test again. I ping the ip address using command window. In NI MAX the sbrio still not appear under Remote System. Then I try create new remote device in NI MAX ( as per attachments). But, I get notification said "The device at this ip address is not supported by the driver installed on this host". I have installed the required drivers, but why it say not supported? I use Ethernet cable to connect the sbrio with my pc (host). Really need helps from expert in this forum.
Btw, sbrio 9607 compatible with LabVIEW 2019 right and should be no issue?

I checked your screenshots and noticed, that your sbRIO and PC have the same IP address -169.254.194.105 (this situation causes a IP address conflict). You have to change your PC IP address (for example, set it 169.254.194.106).

I change my PC IP address to 169.254.194.106. But, now I get error said "Unable to Initialize connection to remote target".

Update: I have follow this thread https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Unable-to-use-MAX-to-connect-to-remote-PXIe-8840-running-RT/td-p/28.... From this thread, it solved by change the NI MAX version. How to know the compatible MAX version with the sbRIO? Currently I use NI MAX 19.0
