The method I'm using to work around the problem is that I'm not sending the barcode to a String control, that would be the ideal way to accept a string input...  Perhaps my solution belongs over here instead of in production code!

 

But, I can try your other suggestions when I get back into the office NEXT WEEK!  Vacation is nice Smiley Very Happy
