seed value of the mls sequence VI

As recommended, one specific question! What does the seed value of the mls sequence VI do? Why does it need to be reset?

Hey LSASS,

I am guessing that you are referring to the MLS Sequence Waveform.vi. If you right click on the vi and select help you can read the detailed help. Essentially, this value either reseeds the noise sample generator (greater than 0) or continues producing noise samples as a continuation of the previous sequence. This input is not a required input and only needs to be reset if your application calls for it.
