send sms to phone using labview

i cant seems to send sms to phone. Im using the modem itegno 3800. Do i need to use hyperterminal for this send sms. Thanks for your help.

You can use LabVIEW SMTP functions to send an SMS just like an email. You wil have to find your carrier address but I beleive some are like <Phone Number>@att.text.com That is not the correct address, but its something like this.
